About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Lytham. You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments, you’ll help maintain a smooth and effective operation.
This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attention to detail, and a flexible approach are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
* Accepting deliveries from external suppliers
* Unloading and distributing goods appropriately
* Loading finished goods for delivery
* Picking orders and preparing pallets
* Completing delivery paperwork accurately
* Supporting wider warehouse operations as needed
* Maintaining and correctly using PPE
* Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
* Liaising with the Production team to coordinate deliveries
* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
* Following SOPs and cleaning schedules
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Representing the company professionally to staff and visitors
