The applicant must have Customer Service and Telephone experience and able to work in a very fast paced environment. About you: Experience in a similar Recruitment role or having a Call Centre / Administration background. Articulate & a good communicator. Proficient in using a computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Trustworthy & reliable. Organised, confident and have a polite telephone manner. Flexible & able to prioritise an ever changing to do list. Self-motivated & able to work in a team. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage) A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance. What you will be doing and how to achieve role success Examples shown are priority responsibilities but not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties: Monitoring applicants for all current security vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, sending applications to candidates and relevant management and holding candidate interviews via video link. Responding promptly and professionally to a high volume of internal and external telephone calls and emails and handle effectively to a satisfactory conclusion. Promptly passing telephone messages onto relevant departments/people within the company. Assisting management and the recruitment team with any recruitment related administration duties. Regularly checking details and records within logo soft, the company’s employee and client database. Accurately updating the company recruitment database on a daily basis. Having involvement in producing recruitment statistics upon management request. A range of general administrative duties are included within this role.
