We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, covering sites in Sherford and supporting existing Sales Consultants across the region. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include supporting the Sales Consultants in managing the regional sales hubs, assisting with customer interactions, maintaining records, and helping ensure successful sales across multiple sites and housing ranges.

What we expect from you…

* 5 GCSEs / GCE including Maths and English (C grade or above)
* A Levels in any discipline
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience in lead generation and sales via telephone
* Proven sales achievement
* Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
* Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
* Strong negotiation skills
* Good organizational skills
* Interest in property and the housing market
* Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
* Friendly, trustworthy, professional attitude
* Flexibility in duties and hours
* Willingness to travel to all sales sites and regional offices
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle

* Follow the sales process as trained
* Work effectively as part of the sales team

* Provide excellent customer service and communication
* Understand and promote purchase assistance schemes
* Coordinate with site teams on build progress
* Deliver excellent customer experiences and demonstrations
* Complete daily site tasks and support colleagues
* Inform stakeholders of key developments
* Manage company property and equipment responsibly
