Reporting to the Sales Director the Sales Administrator will be working with a small team managing all orders into the business.
Duties to include for the role of Sales Administrator:
• Managing and processing all sales orders and invoices received.
• Managing carriers/shippers to obtain maximum potential in relation to cost. Obtain quotes and make bookings.
• Review new/potential shippers/carriers.
• Obtain proof of delivery in accordance with HMRC requirements.
• Collate, produce, and maintain any other relevant documentation including export documents required for despatch.
• Emailing invoices and other required documents to customers on receipt of despatch in line with payment terms.
• Ensuring customs records, orders and invoices are logged and maintained.
• Maintaining SOPs to show current processes.
• Run month end reports for finance and packing.
To be considered as a Sales Administrator candidates must have intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel and good customer skills.
