Immigration Compliance Advisor - Salary: From £28,400+ benefits. Contract type: 12‑month fixed term. Shift pattern: Full‑time – 37.5hours per week. Location: Hybrid / Leeds (LS53BF). Closing date:29/06/2026.
Working in our UK support functions you’ll play a key part in helping our customer‑facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. You will manage immigration and sponsorship compliance enquiries and cases, advise on eligibility for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, submit accurate Certificates of Sponsorship through the Home Office’s Sponsorship Management System, and provide excellent support to internal stakeholders and customers across all parts of the Bupa business.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure Bupa and its sponsored workforce remain compliant with key Home Office legislation.
* Manage an array of immigration and sponsorship compliance inquiries and cases from various channels.
* Provide guidance and support at all levels of the business and advise on employee eligibility for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
* Submit accurate and compliant applications for Certificates of Sponsorship via the Home Office’s Sponsorship Management System.
* Deliver excellent service and support to internal stakeholders and customers across the Bupa business.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in immigration compliance and sponsorship is highly desirable.
* Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in compliance, onboarding, or a regulated industry.
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
* Good level of administration experience and proficiency with MS Office and other IT systems.
