JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you enjoy helping people? Are you prepared to go the extra mile to ensure our customers get a great service? We are looking for a Relief Emergency Responder to join our friendly team in Crewe.
As an Emergency Responder you'll provide a high quality and customer focused response service to meet the needs of residents within our Extra Care Scheme in Crewe. This will include performing occasional reception duties within the scheme and supporting the housing management team during emergency situations, including the evacuation of the premises
We will require experience within the care sector or a similar position but most importantly you will need to have a compassionate and caring nature and be committed to making a real difference to our customer's lives.
The purpose of this role is to cover any team absence on an ad hoc basis, therefore you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, Day shifts (8.00am - 3.15pm), Late shifts (3.00pm pm) and Night shifts (10.00pm - 8.15am).

* Reasonable standard of administration – numeracy and literacy skills
