Groundworker with Dumper - Across Colchester, Essex & Ipswich, Suffolk Water Region
Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced Groundworkers with Dumper to join ongoing projects across the Colchester, Essex and Ipswich, Suffolk Water region. This is a long-term opportunity working on key infrastructure, utilities, and groundwork packages.
Your Role as a Groundworker with Dumper:
* Carry out general groundworks including drainage, service ducting, excavation support, reinstatement, and landscaping
* Operate Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently when required
* Assist with groundwork preparation and infrastructure installation
* Work safely alongside plant and machinery on busy construction sites
* Follow site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas
* Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near misses immediately
* Support site teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For as a Groundworker with Dumper:
* Valid CSCS Card
* Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket
* Previous experience in groundworks, drainage, ducting, utilities, or civil engineering projects
* Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
* Ability to work effectively around plant and machinery
* Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
* Full UK driving licence beneficial due to various site locations
Pay & Benefits as a Groundworker with Dumper:
* £20.41 per hour (PAYE)
* Weekly pay - reliable and on time
