Part Time – 22 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
Applicants are invited to apply for this essential role within Occupational Health, which provides specialist occupational health advice to Thames Valley Police. The role also requires the post holder to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all staff.
In this role, you will efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the department to ensure officers and staff are medically fit and safe to perform their roles. Responsibilities include allocating work to staff, arranging physiotherapy and private medical treatments, dealing with enquiries, and maintaining medical confidentiality at all times.
You should have a good standard of education, including excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines are essential. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to people of different ages, backgrounds, and levels within the organization.
