* Managing a caseload of property transactions and cases efficiently
* Building and maintaining client relationships, advising on options, outcomes, risk, and timescales
* Scoping fees, monitoring WIP, and managing billing consistently
* Supporting junior team members with technical, business, and general guidance
* Contributing to the firm's risk culture and departmental strategic goals
We\'re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with experience in residential property law
* Strong client-facing skills and the ability to develop your own client relationships
* Excellent organisational skills with a focus on managing multiple matters simultaneously
* Confidence in working within a structured framework to meet personal and team KPIs
