Our client is a mid-sized, privately owned, UK based manufacturing business serving clients in the UK & Europe and it now has a vacancy for a Quality Compliance Manager. The firm is privately owned with 450 staff over several sites in the UK and it has enjoyed dramatic growth over the last 15 years.
In order to continue that growth they are seeking a Quality Compliance Manager who will be responsible for:
* Quality Compliance systems
* Ensure all deviations, investigations & complaints are properly investigated
* Ensure a robust deviation management system is executed to ensure CAPAs are defined
* Participate in process improvement initiatives
* Manage a small team in QA Compliance
The ideal candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in a Scientific subject
* At least 5 years’ Quality experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging
* Over 3 years’ experience of team management
* Experience of managing an EQMS
The base salary for this role is in the £65,000 to £75,000 range.
