You will oversee a varied caseload of residential property matters while guiding and mentoring others. The role offers the chance to influence operational improvements, drive compliance standards, and enhance client experience across the board.
Manage a broad caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, and shared ownership schemes.
Provide technical support and guidance on complex conveyancing matters.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and client-centric service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support departmental performance and strategic growth.
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with substantial experience in residential property law.
