AI Product Manager
Grade – Senior Consultant Level
Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Product Manager to join our consulting practice, supporting the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients across consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, and energy sectors. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder management excellence to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI products.
Your client impact
* Identify opportunities for AI applications that deliver measurable business value
* Develop product roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic priorities into clear, actionable technical specifications
* Collaborate with data scientists, data/AI/ML engineers, and architects to define technical solutions
* Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements documents
* Support decision-making on AI approaches, model selection, and technology stack by working closely with Solution Architects and AI engineers
* Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
* Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles
* Monitor product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria
* Support in the development of change management and adoption strategies for AI products
* Design frameworks for continuous product monitoring, product improvement, and model retraining
* Contribute to the development of reusable assets and accelerators for future client engagements
* Establish best practices for AI product management across the practice
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following industries: consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, or energy
* Solid understanding of at least one target industry's value chains, challenges, and opportunities
* Proven track record of successfully managing AI products from concept to production at scale
* Experience working within Agile and/or other project delivery frameworks
Soft Skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills with good presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficient in storytelling with data and insights, supporting informed decision-making.
* Consulting skills, including the development of presentation materials and client-facing documentation.
Preferred Criteria
* Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
* Deep understanding of AI concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, Agentic AI, data, automation and generative AI
* Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, UiPath, Databricks, Snowflake etc. )
* Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance considerations for AI products
* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
* Knowledge of data engineering, integrations, and the software development lifecycle
* Strong business acumen with ability to quantify ROI and business impact of AI initiatives
