Based in London, MRK are exclusively working with our established client, who are looking for a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days in the office each week. This job would suit someone with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or pricing, who combines strong analytical thinking with commercial awareness. This person will be responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy for their assigned route(s) and/or market(s), using data to make well-informed decisions that support revenue and demand growth. This company is a major player in the UK’s transport and travel sector, they oversee a large and diverse customer base, operating in a fast-moving, high-demand environment. With a strong focus on commercial optimisation, they’re investing in data, revenue management and technology to drive growth and stay ahead in an evolving market. The successful individual will be highly numerate, logical in their thinking, and able to interpret complex datasets to influence commercial outcomes. They’ll be comfortable managing a range of competing priorities and stepping outside the traditional scope of a revenue management analyst role. They must be able to work collaboratively across teams to deliver the best outcomes for both the business and its customers, with the confidence to present to a wide range of stakeholders. Advanced Excel is essential, and experience with SQL or similar data tools would be a strong advantage.
