My client is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a solid background in construction to join their fast-paced office in London. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Office Manager and site teams to ensure the seamless execution of administrative and operational tasks. You will be integral to supporting our busy office operations and contributing to a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, processing invoices, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining clear records.
