Duties of a Sales Negotiator include, but will not be limited to:
14. Registering applicants and greeting customers
15. Negotiating sales
16. Progress sales through to completion
17. Conduct viewings with potential buyers
18. Canvassing to generate new business
19. Generate and arrange valuations
20. Follow-up leads over the phone and face-to-face
21. Managing relationships with applicants and vendors
