Relief Youth Worker Join Us and Make a Difference! What We Do: Housing Support : We provide accommodation to over 700 people each year, helping those at risk of homelessness or facing other challenges. Our holistic support helps residents build the skills and confidence to live independently. Health & Wellbeing : Our centre in Bath is a vibrant community hub with a fully equipped gym, fitness areas, and an extensive class schedule. Youth Clubs : We run 12 clubs for young people aged 10-19, including 4 young carers groups, offering a safe space to talk, get support, and build social connections. Nurseries : Our 8 Ofsted-registered nurseries offer care for up to 360 children, laying the foundation for their educational and life journeys. The Role: Relief Youth Worker You'll be creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for young people aged 10-19 at our youth clubs. You’ll design and deliver engaging, informal learning experiences and be a trusted presence for youth in our community. What You Bring Experience in roles like Outreach Worker, Youth Worker, Support Staff, or related fields is beneficial. A Level 2/3 qualification in Youth Work (or equivalent) is also required.
