Job Introduction
Do have experience in supporting people to maintain their tenancies? You could be our next Tenancy Sustainment Officer in our Calderdale team.
As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will be responsible for providing tenancy management support to people in their home, to help them maintain their tenancy. You will support people with their independent living skills, and assist them in the practical and emotional aspects of maintaining their accommodation. You will provide flexible support to meet the individual's needs based around their physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.
You will be joining a supportive team where you will develop in role, utilising our sector leading training offering. We offer 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as other benefits such as a blue light card and interest free employee loan scheme.
This role is 14 hours per week, to be worked 9-5 across two week days.
