Job Description
Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
3. Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
4. Matching, batching, and coding invoices in line with company procedures
5. Handling supplier queries and reconciling statements
6. Assisting with payment runs and ensuring timely payments
7. Supporting month-end close activities related to accounts payable
8. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
The Successful Applicant
Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
9. Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance admin role
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
11. Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems (SAP or Oracle desirable)
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
