What You'll Do

* Support new openings, staff transitions, and seasonal peaks.
* Train and mentor on-site kitchen teams, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.
* Drive kitchen performance, hygiene, and cost control across multiple venues.
* Be the go-to culinary expert and ambassador for quality within your region.
Your Region
Covering locations across
London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex
, all within easy reach of the
M3 corridor
. Travel is a key part of this role – flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally across multiple sites or in relief/contract catering roles.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional service.
* High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and cost management.
