Role: Senior Support Worker
Location: Holly Court, Mirfield
Salary: £13.54/hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidays
Hours: 25hrs per week across 2 x 12.5hr shifts.Please note this role does require you to have experience in leading a team within a social care setting, but additional training will be provided for the successful candidate. Holly Court is a fifteen-bed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen / diners. Our supportive and welcoming team work in a person-centred way to ensure the adults recieve the best quality care and are supported to achieve their goals and learn new skills.As a Senior Support Worker at Holly Court, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include:
1. Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
2. Promoting person-centred, high quality care
3. Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
4. Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
5. Administering and auditing medication(s)
