We are currently recruiting for receptionists working on a casual basis across all of Spire's offices – Attleborough, Aylsham, Dereham, Diss, Norwich, Watton, and Wymondham.
Our casual receptionist roles cover holidays, absences, and staff training at each of our offices. Shifts are full days (9 am to 5 pm) and may vary from 1 or 2 shifts a week to 5 days in a week.
Shifts are agreed in advance but work is not guaranteed and is dependent on business needs. Locations for the shifts will vary but we will take individuals’ preferences into consideration when arranging shifts.
An hourly wage of £12.75 per hour applies to all shift work regardless of office location.
About the Receptionist Role
You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running, efficient, and effective management of reception and assisting with daily queries from clients. Receptionists will be comfortable juggling day‑to‑day admin tasks with answering the telephone, managing reception, and looking after clients. There will be a need to support with administrative tasks such as taking ID documentation, photocopying and scanning as required.
You will have the ability to build a strong rapport with our clients through excellent communication skills, attention to detail and demonstrate general skills in:
