This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor to work across a broad range of private client matters within a collaborative environment.
The Role
Private Client to manage a varied caseload including:
* Estate administration and probate matters
* Drafting Wills and advising on tax planning
* Trusts and related advisory work
* Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters
* Court of Protection applications and ongoing management
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
* Able to manage a caseload independently
* Strong client care and communication skills
* A proactive and professional approach
