Lead and motivate a team of 5 sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
Manage high-quality customer leads, ensuring excellent customer service
Drive the sales process in accordance with dealership standards and compliance
Support team members in achieving individual and team goals
Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends
Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring continuous improvementRequirements of a Car Sales Manager:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales management role within the motor trade
A track record of success managing teams in a dealership environment, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Proactive approach to driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
Flexible attitude towards working hours, including Sundays as part of the rota
