Salary: £46,750 - £53,750 depending on experience
Annual Bonus: Up to £10,000
Large Home Bonus: £2000
Specialist Home Bonus: £3000 - £5000 depending on experience
Ofsted Outstanding Bonus: £1,000
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays – over 7 weeks a year

About Cedar Lodge Children’s Home
We are seeking to recruit a registered manager (either experienced or Deputy stepping up) for our established 6 bedded children's home in Manchester. Cedar Lodge is a therapeutic provision with an on-site school, and embedded Hexagon psychologist to support the staff and young people to work therapeutically towards the best outcomes for the young people.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible. You will have the vision and leadership to take this home forward with the backing and support from your service manager, in addition to a supportive head-office team covering referrals, finance, HR, maintenance, IT and recruitment which is all done in-house.
