Responsibilities for the Technical Consultant: Pre-sales support, working closely with the sales team to deliver solution designs, demos and technical insight for resellers, MSPs and integrators. Dealing with post implementation 2nd-line support resolving issues across UC systems, firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, and broadband connectivity. Deliver structured internal and partner training, lead webinars and contribute to open days and trade events. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, stay on top of evolving tech portfolios, and support product lifecycle management. Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles and support materials. Experience of the Technical Consultant: Strong technical background in VoIP, SIP, UC platforms, IP-PBX, DECT, and networking fundamentals. The ability to confidently deliver presentations, demos and training sessions both in person and online. Knowledge of DSL, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, and switches. A background in supporting resellers, MSPs, or telecoms environments is highly desirable. A valid UK driving licence and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
