The Cloud Desktop Engineer will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based desktop solutions. This role will support the global transition from legacy VDI infrastructure to modern cloud desktop environments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless deployment, performance optimization, and user experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement cloud desktop solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
* Collaborate with global teams to support the migration of users from on-prem VDI to cloud desktops.
* Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and scalability of cloud desktop environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to virtual desktop infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with regional and global regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
