Location: Bromsgrove (with UK-wide travel)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + car scheme

We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Consultant to play a key role in upholding the integrity, consistency, and compliance of our operations across the UK.
This is your opportunity to join The Best Connection Group Limited, one of the UK’s leading providers of temporary labour, with over 80 branches nationwide. You’ll be part of a friendly, forward-thinking team based at our Bromsgrove head office — with regular travel to sites nationwide.

Maintain and enhance quality and compliance standards across the business
Conduct internal audits (including ISO standards)
Act independently to identify and resolve issues
Travel regularly to different UK sitesWhat We’re Looking For
Essential:
Experience in a quality/compliance role or a recruitment background with a strong compliance focus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
A fair, unbiased approach in decision-makingDesirable:
Experience with ISO 9001 and 27001 management systems
Internal auditing experience or certifications (ISO9001/27001 advantageous)
IOSH Certification
Fire Risk Assessor CertificationWorking Hours
Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
