Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting a Court Usher to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Walsall.
There will be a requirement to work between both sites in Walsall but they are a 10 minute walk from each other/5 minute drive. Ample notice will be given for this.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up the court rooms (water, pads, pens etc)
* Ensuring correct schedule for the court rooms
* Collating court files and papers
* Giving directions to court rooms
* Ensuring courts are running smoothly
* Recording outcomes
* Face to face communication with court users and senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* A flexible and reliable approach to work
Important: This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and three years of references.
