HMP Fosse Way is a Category C rehabilitation prison in Leicestershire, housing 1,715 prisoners with a focus on offender rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards of professionalism when dealing with staff, visitors, and the public, with an emphasis on customer relations, appearance, and courteous conduct.
The role involves working across various areas within the establishment, requiring teamwork and independent work.
The Operational Support Officer role is diverse, supporting operations such as escorting contractors, visitors, vehicles, and performing clerical duties.
This position involves permanent night shifts on a week-on/week-off basis, primarily supporting Residential Wings during Night State to assist PCO staff and Duty Managers.
You will undertake routine patrols of Residential units following national and local policies, requiring effective communication skills and the ability to give clear, concise instructions for the safe control of the establishment.
