Our client is a top High Street fashion brand. They're looking for a Styling Manager across Digital and Content.


You'll lead on the product focus of all CRM pushes, collaborating with ecom, brand and Creative on email creation, driving key pushes and imagery selection, both through advanced planning and, where needed, reacting to trade, weather and new trend information.


This role is 75% CRM focussed role.


Hybrid working - 4 days in the London office

Up to 45K


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Delivering on the Design vision, you will create styling looks for the season to be used across all channels, working with the Design and VM teams as a wider Dynamic Styling and Product collective.
* Working closely with Design from the initial Design presentation to ‘final rack up’, you have a full knowledge of the key product for each phase across all categories.
* You are a ‘go-to person’ for what’s going on product for wider teams such as Brand, Marketing and Ecommerce. Using that knowledge to guide and direct product pushes and selection. As a key styling member, you know what’s going on and will challenge positively to get the right product results.
* Responsible for the product focus of all CRM pushes, collaborating with ecom, brand and Creative on email creation, driving key pushes and imagery selection, both through advance planning and where needed reacting to trade, weather and new trend information.
* Creating ‘on brand’ commercials looks for each category push and phase in line with the calendar and buying critical paths.
* Working into briefs and working ahead to deliver product pushes in line with the marketing calendar. Create seasonal style guides to deliver on digital content needs.
* Lead the CRM weekly call to direct the customer emails content in response to CRM’s requirements of the journey and push
* Select and decide assets for weekly homepage updates, promo banners, landing page refreshes and Seasonal Site Furniture updates across all departments.
* Responsible for checking stock levels for product pushes
* Working cross-functionally to deliver on product requests
* Works closely with the product coordination Manager and PCM’s assistant to align on key product pushes, correct intakes and timings.
* Taking the overarching packs from the PCM, and able to add to them and build out in real time.


* Supporting and mentoring the Assistant Stylists so that they can deliver and thrive.
* With the Senior Styling Manager, you are responsible for the Styling critical path and its delivery. Ensuring all dates are inputted, key stakeholders are aware and styling requests are done with enough time for all parties.
* Responsible for the booking in of all styling touch points and signoffs in calendars of relevant stakeholders with enough time for usable feedback.
* Working with the Creative director, Head of Design and Senior Styling Manager to support on the ways to wear shoots when required and ‘virtual’ omnichannel Lookbook. To be used as a guide for all channels each season. Styling up key items into commercial looks that inspire and delight.
* Work closely with social and content teams on the planning and execution of content and shoots and other activities.
* Support the Design and Senior Styling Manager on Campaign and Seasonal shoots when required (in-store POS and Digital, and OOH when applicable). Working ahead to ensure all planning and timings are workable for all, so best product can be used.
* Following up on all shoots with product notes for retouch, working closely with the head of design and the senior content lead.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Its retail-things change all the time, and you thrive on it with a problem-solving ‘can-do’ approach to things.

WHO YOU ARE

* You will have 3+ years’ experience in styling
* Fashion retail experience across multiple categories.
* Excellent knowledge across the fashion and retail industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Team player, ability to collaborate and work alongside peer group.
* Multi-channel focused.
* Customer-focused. High awareness of trends and ability to forecast.
* Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
* Able to read and understand trackers- product intakes, stock charts, and the programmes we use to monitor this.
* Figma is optional, but able to easily pick up digital platforms, as this is where all our creative is done now.
* A bit of knowledge in marketing, as so much of what we do involves acting on customer wants, needs, searches, etc
* Confident in busy times. The ability to act quickly and be reactive, but in a calm manner, without being overwhelmed by the pace.
* Someone who can work cross-functionally with brand, digital design, SO and Trade
