GH Engage is partnering with a leading main contractor delivering a portfolio of fast-track projects across the UK, including a flagship Commerical fit-out programme and a major fit out in the Southeast coast.
This is a unique opportunity for a high-calibre Senior Planner to join a business where planning sits at the very core of project delivery, not just a reporting function. Senior leadership are heavily planning-focused, and this role will position you as a key driver in methodology, programme strategy, and project success.
Youโll be working across multiple fast-paced schemes (10โ20 week programmes), alongside a strong planning team based in London and the North with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in both pre-construction and live project environments.
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐:
* Leading programme strategy across multiple fast-track projects
* Developing and owning detailed construction programmes (Asta / Primavera)
* Driving methodology, sequencing, and buildability โ not just programme updates
* Managing change control, project reporting, and programme risk
* Working closely with project teams to influence delivery on-site
* Acting as a key interface between operational, commercial, and leadership teams
* Supporting both pre-construction and live project planning activities
1. ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐:
* An experienced Senior Planner with a background in main contracting or major fit-out / logistics projects
* Comfortable working across multiple fast-track programmes (10โ20 weeks)
* Strong in methodology and sequencing, not just programme administration
* Experienced in change control, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
* Able to operate as a key project contributor, influencing delivery outcomes
* Open to regular nationwide travel (projects across the UK)

* First 12 months: 2 days site, 2 days in office & 1 day WFH
