Job Role : Administrator (Ocean Parking)
Hours: Mondayto Friday – 09:00am – 17:00pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Anchor Group Services - Carlton House, Chester Business Park, CH4 9QE
Overview
An excellentopportunity has arisen within Anchor Group Services to contribute to oursuccessful Ocean Parking Team.Due to the continued expansion of our parking division, we are looking to grow our team and are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join us during this exciting expansion.
Asan administrator you will enjoy working within a team supporting the internaland external interactions of assisting the operatives who work across theparking portfolio and providing customer assistance to members of the public. You will receivethe training you need to succeed and grow within the division to become aprofessional administrator meeting company and customer expectations.
The successfulcandidate will need to be comfortable working individually and as part of ateam, to complete a wide variety of daily duties.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting thebusiness by ensuring all communication is managed to the highest level.
* Answering incomingcalls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails.
* Replying toinformal and formal representations submitted by motorists in relation toParking Charge Notices (PCNs).
* Capturing of data,updating information, and keeping accurate records.
* Logging incomingmail against the relevant cases.
* Registeringresident and business site permits.
* Assisting withpayment plans; processing cheques and cards payments.
* Providing generaladvice to members of the public in writing and over the telephone relating tothe PCN process.
* Updating internalsoftware and systems.
Requirements
* A high standard of Data Processing skills, with greatattention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
* Excellent prioritisation of skills and time management tobalance key priorities.
* An excellent telephone manner and both written and verbalcommunication skills are key.
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Wordand Excel.
Full training will be given to enable you to quickly andefficiently complete daily responsibilities, whilst maintaining a very highstandard of professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive inidentifying and improving systems and procedures.
