Job Title:Supply Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary:£90-100 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for a caring, flexible, and enthusiastic Supply SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You’ll be supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-to-one and small-group basis, helping them to access the curriculum and develop their social and emotional skills.
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
* Assist in the delivery of individual learning plans.
* Support classroom activities and interventions under teacher direction.
* Help to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff.
* Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
* Good communication skills with pupils and adults alike.
* Ability to work flexibly across different age groups.
* Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) desirable.
