Full-time | 5 days out of 7 | Mixture of shifts (breakfast, lunch & evening service)
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team in the beautiful Banff area.
As CDP, you’ll work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your section. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting the team to deliver great dishes and a fantastic experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside the kitchen management team to ensure smooth service across all sections.

Maintain stock levels within your section, ensuring fridges are well-organised and fully replenished.
*
Check all stock for correct dates and labels, ensuring full compliance with food safety standards.
*
Contribute to the preparation and cooking of dishes across breakfast, lunch, and evening service.
*
Support a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork, consistency, and quality.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
*
A passion for fresh, high-quality food.
*
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
*
Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts across the week (5 days out of 7).
