Job Description
3. Deliver comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support business strategies.
4. Produce weekly and period P&L reporting, analysing performance against budget and prior year.
5. Consolidate budgets, forecasts and targets, identifying risks, opportunities and trends.
6. Act as the key contact for Finance queries across the business unit.
7. Work closely with commercial finance teams to support accurate forecasting.
8. Support improvements to the reporting suite and FP&A tools.
9. Provide in-depth financial and variance analysis to support operational performance.
10. Work with Finance Systems to support the transition of budgeting and forecasting.
11. Manage and develop a direct report.
The Successful Applicant
12. Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
13. Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
14. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
15. Experienced in a similar Finance Manager, FP&A or Commercial Finance role.
16. Strong technically, with the ability to work with complex data.
17. Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
18. A fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
