Responsibilities of a Sales Associate may include:
* Delivering consistent positive sales performance
* Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
* Providing excellent customer service
* Upselling products and accessories when appropriate
* Representing the Clarks brand
* Following policies on loss prevention and shrinkage
* Assisting in store maintenance and visual merchandising
* Contributing to a positive work environment
* Completing assigned tasks efficiently
* Physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
