Job title: Customer Support
Location: Cumbernauld and Falkirk (within reasonable distance of Lloyds and Halifax branches)
Hours: 35 hours a week, including Saturdays
Working pattern: Full-time
Salary:£25,000 increasing to £25,750 after 6 months in role. Pay may increase to £30,750 for highest skill level through Skill Progression Framework.
About this opportunity
Youll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to customers. You’ll learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first and making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.
Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, delivering outstanding service remotely, or through digital channels (social media, web‑chat, video calls).

We ask all new colleagues to spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, mastering new skills, dealing with more complex customer needs, and earning valuable accreditations. * Homeworking criteria (if in hybrid location): Quiet private room at home and stable internet connection.
