Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle service or repair requirements. Manage service appointments and workshop schedules efficiently, maximising productivity. Liaise between customers and technicians to communicate vehicle issues, repair progress, and completion times. Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates, explaining services and charges clearly. Handle customer enquiries promptly via telephone, email, and in-person. Maintain detailed records of vehicle services, repairs, and customer interactions. Support the sales team by identifying potential additional services or repairs required. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and industry regulations. Promote exceptional customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Required Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. Excellent organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for booking and record-keeping. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced workshop environment. Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
