An Excellent Opportunity – Lead Two Supported Accommodation Services
We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation homes in Macclesfield (SK10) and Edgeley, Stockport (SK3), supporting looked after children aged 16–18.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to manage two small, stable services, each currently supporting one young person, with excellent senior leadership, HR, recruitment, and compliance support.
👤 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As Service Manager, you will:

Provide strong leadership across both supported accommodation services
*
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
*
Lead registrations, inspections, and regulatory processes
*
Maintain high safeguarding and child protection standards
*
Develop and implement therapeutic, trauma-informed care approaches
*
Lead staff recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management
*
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, professionals, and families
*
Drive service quality, development, and continuous improvement
✅ Essential Requirements
*
Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation (16–18)
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
*
Strong safeguarding & regulatory knowledge
*
Confident leading Ofsted inspections & compliance
*
Passion for therapeutic, trauma-informed care
