As a Delivery Driver at Service Foods, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in pristine condition.
* Shift: Monday to Saturday
* Hours: start between 04.30 am-05.00 am and finish in 8-10 hours(approx)
* Location: Cumnor Terrace, Woolston

The job:
You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of food products to various locations in and around Christchurch, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the integrity of our business.
* Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and trucks) to transport goods
* Load and unload products, ensuring they are securely and safely transported.
* Deliver goods according to customer orders in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
* Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery
* Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly
* Assist with other warehouse duties when not on delivery runs
* Fill vehicles with fuel and report on any maintenance requirement
* Perform daily checks – oils, coolant, WOF etc.
* Wash and clean trucks or other vehicles when required
* Help warehouse team if needed
The candidate:
You will have the following skills and attributes.
* A full Class 2 drivers licence, must be able to drive manual
* Have clear communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of Christchurch and its surrounding areas is a plus
* Reasonably good literacy and numeracy skills
* Be confident, reliable, flexible and have attention to detail
* Clean driving and criminal records
* Have prior NZ experience and knowledge of basic food ingredients.
* Be physically strong and fit; should be able to lift up to 20 kgs.
* Possess good organizational and time management skills.
* Be a team player with a positive attitude
* Have reliable transport for commute
