Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Richmond, Greater London. This is a temporary position with expected part-time hours.
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and social development.
* Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN.
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role is essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEN practises and strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
* Patience and empathy in supporting students with diverse learning requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in SEN education or related fields.
* Experience working in a variety of educational settings.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours in a supportive educational environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
