Duties: First and second level end user support (on-site) Installation, maintenance and administration of notebook's, peripherals and mobile devices Performing administrative support (e.g. access management) Diagnosing and resolving technical issues Escalating problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in end user computing Excellent stakeholder management skills Pro-active user centric mindset Knowledge of Asset management, M365 and SharePoint Knowledge ticketing tool like Service Now ADZN1_UKTJ
