Service Care Legal are working with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm in West London is seeking an experienced Children Panel Accredited Child Care Solicitor to join its growing Family team. This is a senior role offering autonomy, flexible working, and the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues.
The Role
* Manage a complex public and private Child Care caseload, including Legal Aid/CCMS and advocacy
* Represent parents, family members, and children (directly or via CAFCASS Guardians)
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and caseworkers, supporting team development
* Contribute to business development and strengthening referral networks
The Person
* Children Panel Accredited Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Child Care
* Strong experience in Legal Aid, care proceedings, and sensitive client matters
* Confident advocate with excellent drafting, case management, and client care skills
* Commercially aware, proactive, and able to build trusted professional relationships
