Tee-ing off with a new role for a forward thinking Clubhouse Manager for a client based in the Inverclyde area. Salary upto £28k with flexible movement around hours during extremely busy and quiet periods. As Clubhouse Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring exceptional member experiences, managing staff, and co-ordinating events while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee all clubhouse operations, including dining, events, and member services, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and operational standards are met. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a cohesive team environment and ensuring high levels of service delivery. Event Co-ordination: Plan and execute member events, banquets, and social activities, collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations. Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for various departments, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. Member Relations: Act as a liaison between members and staff, addressing concerns and feedback to enhance member satisfaction and engagement. Marketing and Promotion: Assist in marketing initiatives for clubhouse services and events, aiming to increase member participation and satisfaction. Suppliers: Meeting suppliers and Breweries to ensure kick back on promotions and rotations of special deals Person Spec Prior experience in hospitality management, particularly in a club or restaurant setting. Experience in food and beverage management is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
