Location: London/Hybrid
Contract Length: 6 Months Initially

Our client, one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Japan, is on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Accounting & Management Information VP to join their Strategic Planning Department! Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate Head Office reporting, ensuring seamless month-end and term-end processes for the Dubai and Middle East offices.
Prepare comprehensive Management Information Packs to inform senior decision-making.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and all regulatory standards.
Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and tax reporting activities.
Manage sub-branch funding, expense recording, FX, and hedge accounting.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Provide strategic finance input into complex transactions and innovative new products.What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting within multinational banking environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and treasury activities, including FX and hedge accounting.
Proven leadership and team management skills that inspire and motivate.
Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex issues clearly to senior stakeholders.
Professional qualification (ACCA/ICAEW/CIMA or equivalent preferred).Why Join Us?
