Key Responsibilities
* Planning, preparing and delivering engaging early‑years learning experiences that support children's developmental stages.
* Observing and assessing children's progress, documenting learning outcomes and identifying next steps.
* Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence and social development.
