About the Role We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and CI/CD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and optimising cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on container orchestration, automation, and cloud networking. This role requires active SC Clearance, used within the last 12 months. Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Deploy, maintain, and optimise Kubernetes clusters (EKS), managing workloads, networking, and security policies. Utilise Helm to package and deploy applications in Kubernetes environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git, ensuring efficient deployment of applications. Manage VPC networking, Route 53 DNS configurations, and AWS security best practices. Work with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, ensuring robust infrastructure performance. Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker within Kubernetes environments. Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams, providing hands-on support and expertise.
