About the role

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing efficient, confidential, and professional administrative support to staff and school leadership
* Maintaining accurate, secure pupil records and documentation
* Managing day-to-day operations and responding to urgent or unexpected requests with ease
* Supporting budget monitoring and helping ensure resources are used effectively
* Upholding safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance standards
* Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
* Promoting the school as a professional, inclusive, and valued part of the community
Who we are looking for:
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
* Proven experience in administration, ideally in an educational or SEN setting
* Strong organisational skills and proficiency with IT applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
* Professional, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards

Our New Options Autism School Hemlock Stone School in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire.The school will have capacity for 66pupils and is due to open March 2026 and will cater for pupilswho have ASC and Complex Needs.
