Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator (MSP)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced Procurement or Commercial Operations professional within the MSP / IT Services space? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where accuracy, ownership, and commercial awareness are key?
We’re working with a growing Managed Service Provider looking to hire a Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator to play a critical role across procurement, contracts, billing, and vendor management.
This is a high impact position supporting Sales, Finance, Delivery, and external vendors ensuring revenue accuracy, margin protection, and a seamless customer experience.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the commercial operations lifecycle, including:
* End-to-end procurement, quoting support, and purchase order management
* Contract setup, renewals, and subscription management
* Management of recurring billing cycles and billing accuracy
* Hands-on administration and optimisation of Autotask
* Supporting internal teams across Sales, Finance, and Technical Delivery
* Vendor and customer liaison to ensure smooth service and delivery
* Maintaining accurate, audit-ready commercial records
What You’ll Need (Essential)
* Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment
* Strong, hands‑on experience using Autotask (live system use)
* Proven experience managing:
* Procurement & purchase orders
* Contracts & renewals
* Recurring billing cycles
* High attention to detail with strong numerical and reconciliation skills
* Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams
* Experience liaising with vendors and customers
Desirable Experience
* Office 365 / NCE licensing knowledge
* Kaseya Quote Manager
* NetSuite
* Telecoms provisioning (e.g. Gamma)

* Commercially aware with a strong operational mindset
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment
* Systems-focused with a drive to improve processes and accuracy
