MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assume full responsibility for the stockroom to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the store's commercial success
2. Implement and enforce company rules and procedures for maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom
3. Make informed decisions that align with store turnover, considering customer profiles and commercial goals
4. Monitor and analyse stockroom performance, proposing improvements and addressing concerns as needed
5. Allocate resources effectively to drive productivity in the stockroom
6. Collaborate with senior management and the visual merchandising team to maintain a trend-focused and brand-relevant stockroom
7. Lead recruitment, induction, training, and development of stockroom team members, ensuring adherence to HR policies
8. Report directly to Store Manager to manage loss prevention effectively
9. Provide feedback on operational performance and suggest improvements during regular catch-ups with senior management
10. Collaborate with external business partners to ensure a safe and compliant working environment
11. Part of the senior team to carry store responsibilities such open/close, store emergency evacuation and any others duties required by the management team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

13. Proven experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably within a retail stockroom
14. Ability to lead and coach a team
15. Knowledge of retail KPIs
16. Previous experience in retail desirable
17. Demonstrate customer service skills
18. A passion for retail operations
19. Desire to learn
20. Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
21. Understanding of POS register systems
22. Effective communication skills
